Special attention is paid to the modernization of justice and court activity, simplification of the population’s appeal opportunities within the frame of judicial-law reforms made in our republic under the leadership of the President of the country Ilham Aliyev and for this purpose there is established modern infrastructure.
There were built and given into use new justice and court buildings and complexes supplied with the most modern information-communication technologies and distinguished with its modernity in the capital and regions in recent years at the expense of state budget, as well as within the frame of projects realized together with the World Bank. Currently, there are constructed intensively new buildings for 7 courts. The Head of our country personally participated in the opening of some buildings and complexes and gave his recommendations and instructions.
There was held the opening of new building constructed for justice and judicial authorities in Zagatala region at the expense of state budget in accordance with the commissions of the head of country within the frame of range of events devoted to the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan Justice.
Before the event the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in Zagatala region was visited and his memory was remembered with deep respect.
The minister of justice, the chairman of Judicial-Legal Board Fikrat Mammadov, officials of the region, judges, heads of the law-enforcement bodies, justice officials, public and Mass Media representatives participated in the opening ceremony.
It was stated during the acquaintance that, the building consists of three floors and basement with the total area of 2300 m2. As the other new constructed court buildings, the regional court herein was divided into public and administrative zones and supplied with modern ICT. There was established necessary infrastructure with relate to appliance of “Electron court” information system by the commission of the President of the country, as well as there were installed the systems and devices making audio-video recordings and serving for management of videoconferences, electron document circulation and judicial acts. As well as, there are existed conference and meeting halls, archive and other service rooms.
At the same time, there were made excellent conditions for holding solemn marriage ceremonies and for activity of executive and probation, registry departments of Zagatala region located in the building supplied with modern technologies.
The minister of justice speaking in the event stressed the social-economic progress of our republic, informed about the reforms and innovations made in the field of justice and court under the leadership of the head of country Ilham Aliyev in accordance with the development strategy appointed by the great leader Heydar Aliyev.
It was stated that, the court system was improved, new courts and independent self-government bodies of judicial authority were founded as a result of reforms made for increase of efficiency of justice judgement according to the commissions of the head of country, as well as there were appointed the most transparent forms of judges’ election in Europe.
The Minister noted that, the measures made for modernization of justice and court infrastructure will serve for high-quality provision of activity in this field, for simplification of access by developing the ways of addresses of the citizens and for trustworthy maintenance of human rights.
Modern ICT and electron information systems, supplied in the building given into use in the eve of State Flag Day, will serve for provision of clarity and prevention of procrastination.
