According to the fundamental amendments made to the Law "About Notary" on 15.11.2018 by the initiative of the Head of State, there was established electron justice kiosk for rendering distant services to the population, and which is an Azerbaijan product and not found in world practice.
Installation of these kiosks on the places where urgent justice service is needed, means that, it will make conditions to formalize the notarial acts and to get the documents directly on the place via video-contact with the notary offices.
Justice kiosk put into operation at Heydar Aliyev International Airport allows the registration of the letters of consent of parents necessary for crossing state boundaries by underage persons who are willing to go abroad. It is necessary to submit a letter of consent of other parent approved by the notary public for crossing the border by the child who is going on to leave the country according to the requirements of the legislation.
Parents, who have forgotten to give these applications beforehand, can get these applications through a justice kiosk, which is located at the airport, without losing time and going anywhere.
It is enough to present the identity card or a passport of the child and the parent accompanying him for this purpose. Rendered service is filmed and saved.
Electron justice kiosk operates 24 hours all days of the week.
