All-round development of Modern Azerbaijan Youth is connected with the name of the national leader Heydar Aliyev. State policy founded by the great leader offered suitable conditions for active participation of young people in all fields of society, including public administration. State youth policy is successfully realized under the leadership of the President Ilham Aliyev and the activity, initiative of the young people, their role in execution of large-scale projects and in administration is increased, patriotic spirit and civic position is strengthened, voluntary movement is enlarged.
Significant activity of the First Vice-president of Azerbaijan Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva in the direction of support of talented youth, discovery of their innovative potential and skills should be specially noted.
The youth, becoming active members of the society, is distinguished with effective activity being the leading power of voluntary movement.
In the eve of the 96th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, the Ministry of Justice held a meeting with a great group of youth involved in voluntary activity in the field of justice.
Before the event, the volunteers laid a wreath to the bust of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and remembered his dear memory, and got acquainted with the rich and interesting expositions in Heydar Aliyev Museum.
Vice-minister of Justice Toghrul Mammadov speaking in the meeting, told about the genius and rich inheritance of Heydar Aliyev, who was a founder of successful development of Azerbaijan and talked about the measures realized in the field of state youth policy by the leadership of the President Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
Vice-minister gave information about the works realized in accordance with the instructions and challenges given by him in the republic conference held with the youth in February of the current year. He stated that, electron appeal forms were created for voluntary activity of the young people in the field of justice, and the effective relations were developed with the relative high schools and student-youth organizations, as well as with the State Agency on Service to the Citizens and Social Innovations.
At present, more than 600 justice volunteers were involved in activity in the ministry’s apparatus, executive and probation services, registration and notary offices, Academy of Justice and regional justice departments, including relative judicial bodies within the framework of “ASAN School” program.
The vice-minister gave young people recommendations to gain necessary experience, to be brought up in national and patriotic spirit, to be bound up with the nation and state, to take an active part in strengthening of independence,
increase of transparency and citizens’ satisfaction in justice administration and in realization of public control.
The chairman of “ASAN Volunteers” Organization Sabina Jabarova noted in the event that, the voluntary movement had wide scope in Azerbaijan recent years, thousands of young people were involved in activity in different organizations, including “ASAN Volunteers” network, and marked the effective cooperation with the Ministry of Justice in this field.
A member of the Public Committee at the Minister of Justice Shahin Jamalov emphasized that, great importance was always given to transparency and public participation in justice activity, including admission to service, and the youth was approached with care for making their carriers.
At the same time, the initiatives, innovative ideas and offers of the justice volunteers were heard, and there was expressed surety in successful activity and faithful and resolute work of young people for all-round development of our independent Azerbaijan.
At the end, justice volunteers were presented special souvenirs, as well as certificates and badges, and memory photo was made.
