The judges’ training is paid special attention within the frame of reforms carried out on increase of efficiency of justice judgement in our country, for this purpose there are held regular trainings about different actual themes and innovations in legislation. Systematic trainings are continued to be held for the purpose of deep learning of the essence and due appliance of the solid amendments made to the Civil Procedural Code by the Law on December 28, 2018 by the legislative initiative of the head of state Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
The next such kind of training was held via video-conference in Shirvan regional justice department by presence of the judges of Shirvan and Ganja courts of appeal and of the first instance courts referring to their jurisdiction.
The judges of the Supreme Court, Baku Court of Appeal and Yasamal District Court as the trainers, as well as officials of the Ministry of Justice and trainers of the Justice Academy participated in the video-conference.
The judge of the Supreme Court Khagani Mammadov speaking in the opening of the training noted that, the innovations in legislation serve for improvement of judicial activity, realization of court execution in electron form, provision of operability and transparency, enlargement of opportunities to appeal to the courts and stressed the significance of training in due appliance of law.
Then the trainers – the judge of Baku Court of Appeal and trainer of Justice Academy Abiddin Huseynov, the leader of the working group on establishment of “Electron court” information system and the judge of Yasamal District Court Ramin Gurbanov, acting chief of Information-communication technologies department of the Ministry Aghakarim Samadzada gave detailed information about essence of the amendments made to the Civil Procedural Code, as well as about realization of court execution on civil cases and economic disputes in electron form, immediate delivery of the judicial documents to the process participators through “Electron court” information system (e-mail, SMS, electron cabinet, etc.) and payment of public duties in simplified form via electron payment system.
There was explained the provision of citizens interests by new legislation, simplified judicial processes of consideration of some categorical works for the purpose of acceleration of justice judgement and earlier validation of the decisions, as well as automation of judicial statistics and appliance of other important innovations.
The duties of the judges with relate to innovations in legislation, as well as the problems of due appliance in practice were discussed in the training and the questions interested the participators were responded.
