The activity of the notarial bodies is improved and their authorities are enlarged within the frame of the reforms made on development of the justice system by the leadership of the President Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Private notary institution was established and functioning in accordance with the international experience. As well as, “Electron court” information system, uniting the notary offices in single network, simplified the notarial acts considerably.
Notary sector development and innovations are of great interest in foreign countries, the delegations visit to our country to learn Azerbaijani experience and participate in international conferences and seminars on various actual topics.
There was held the next international scientific-practical seminar “Notary – advanced experience and perspectives” in "Boulevard Hotel" on May 2 in Baku city.
The president of the Chamber of Notaries of Stavropol, Russia and the notaries of other cities and of our country participated in the seminar.
There was given detailed information in the seminar about the innovations applied in the notarial field, electron justice kiosk, distant video notary services, appliance of mobile notary, electronic realization of state registration of real estates’ property rights via “Electron notary” information system and issue of relative extracts to the citizens, and realization of contract obligations in simplified electron form on the basis of the notary’s executive record.
The quests got acquainted with the activity of the Public Notary Archive and some notary offices of Baku city.
There was made exchange of ideas around the perspectives of notarial activity and other interested issues in notarial field during the discussions.
