There was held Tashkent International Legal Spring Forum recently in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent.
The Azerbaijan delegation led by the vice-minister of justice Maharram Aliyev took part in the Forum, which was attended by more than 1000 representatives from 44 countries of the world, including the leaders, judges, advocates and scientists of justice, judicial and other authorities and financial institutes.
The event was opened by the opening speech of the Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan Ruslanbay Dovlatov. There was made exchange of useful ideas and experience on the role of the constitutional law in modern world in the thematic conferences and round tables held as interactive dialogue, on the process of legal creativity, accessibility of legal support, activity of forensic expertise, including private expertise and international cooperation in this field, struggle against corruption and on other various actual themes.
The information on the reforms and innovations applied in the judicial-legal system by the leadership of the President Mr. Ilham Aliyev, including electron justice kiosk, appliance of electron court and electron execution information systems, activity of probation service, influence of innovations in this field on the law science and public administration was brought to the notice of the participants.
There was held a meeting with the Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan R. Dovlatov within the framework of the visit. The development of friendship and cooperation relations between our countries were met with satisfaction, useful exchange of ideas was made on the reforms held in the field of justice of the both countries, and Azerbaijan experience got great interest in the meeting. It was emphasized that there are good opportunities for the expansion of relations between the justice authorities of our countries and the issues of mutual interest were discussed.
In accordance with the President's instructions on improvement of the activity of forensic expertise, during the visit our delegation visited the newly built Republican Forensic Expertise Centre of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, got acquainted with the activity and working conditions, exchanged useful ideas and experiences.
