Under the leadership of the President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev, comprehensive state care is provided to the participants of the Patriotic War, purposeful measures are taken to improve the social protection and welfare of the families of martyrs and wounded servicemen.
Within the framework of these measures, the Ministry of Justice always pays attention to the care of justice workers who took part in the Patriotic War, and provides the necessary assistance.
Today is the birthday of Ruhin Khalilov, an employee of the Ministry of Justice who was killed in the Patriotic War.
In this regard, the leadership and staff of the ministry visited the grave of the martyr in the Second Alley of Honors and paid tribute to his memory. They also visited his family and shared their memories about Ruhin Khalilov.
Ruhin Muzaffar Khalilov was born on March 13, 1987 in Mazra village of Jabrayil region. He was displaced by the Armenian armed forces in August 1993 as a result of occupation of this region and settled with his family in Absheron region.
After graduating with a degree in law, Ruhin Khalilov was employed by the justice authority for a while as an executive officer, he was distinguished with his exemplary work and later promoted to the apparatus of the Ministry of Justice.
R.Khalilov, who won the sympathy of the staff with his diligence, behavior and discipline during his service, voluntarily went to the front from the first days of the Patriotic War.
Ruhin Khalilov, who selflessly took part in the war for the liberation of our lands, was martyred on October 21, showing courage and bravery in the battles around Gubadli region.
By the relevant orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, R. Khalilov was posthumously awarded the medals "For the Motherland" and "For the Liberation of Gubadli".
By the order of the Ministry, R. Khalilov was posthumously named "Honorary Justice Worker" for her meritorious and conscientious performance of his duties in the judiciary, as well as for his true example of citizenship and selflessness.
The memory of the martyr Ruhin Khalilov will always live in the hearts of those who know him.
