In accordance with the activity directions of the Ministry of Justice, enlightenment measures are being continued to ensure the legitimacy of the activities of municipalities. In this regard, cooperation with the international organizations is of particular importance.
The next trainings were held for the regional municipalities in the western region by support of the Center for works with municipalities and by organization of Ganja and Shamkir regional justice departments within the framework of the “Support Project for Local and Regional Development in Ganja-Gazakh Economic Region” financed by the European Union and realized by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
The representatives of Ganja, Samukh, Goranboy, Naftalan, Goygol, Dashkasan, Shamkir, Gadabay, Tovuz, Gazakh and Aghstafa municipalities participated in the range of measures organized on August 26-31 on the topic “Preparation and management of subvention projects”.
The expert of the Ministry of Finance made recommendations on the rules of applying for subvention projects and on projects implementation and relative materials were distributed to the training attenders.
