Purposeful reforms are carried out in the justice and judicial system in accordance with the modern challenges under the leadership of the President Mr. Ilham Aliyev and electron innovations are applied for the purpose of rendering transparent, operative and accessible services. Innovations in this field having international interest attract the attention of other states and they take advantage from the Azerbaijan’s achievements.
According to the address of the minister of justice of Tajikistan on study of our positive experience in the field of justice within the framework of implementation of the Cooperation Agreement signed between the Ministries of Justice of two countries, the delegation of Presidential Apparatus and Ministry of Justice of Tajikistan visited our country.
During the visit, Tajikistan delegation got acquainted with the separate directions of the ministry, including legal activity, international legal relations, electron justice services and different registries and there were held presentations on the applied innovations and digital technologies.
Acquaintance with the electron justice kiosk and mobile notary bag allowing making simple and quick notarial acts, rendering distant services and “Mobile notary” portfolio, which is not met in the world practice, caused great interest of all the guests. They stated that, visit of Tajikistan notaries to our country for learning our experience may be useful for them too.
The delegation got acquainted also with the experience of application of probation institute in execution of alternative punishments for deprivation of liberty in our country, continuous activity of Electron monitoring service of Probation service, electron control means, including electron bangles and application characteristics were visually demonstrated.
The guests meeting with the vice-minister of justice Maharram Aliyev during the visit, noted that they were the witness of all-round progress of our republic, Azerbaijan passed great development way during a short time, shared with their highest impressions on innovations in the justice and judicial system, and appreciated the achievements gained on application of modern innovative technologies in the field of service to the citizens. They also noted their interest in development of cooperation and study of good experience.
At the same time, the guests visited modern court buildings and complexes in the capital and regions, got acquainted with the activity and work conditions of the courts, application of “Electron court” information system, including local and regional justice organizations, new penitentiary infrastructure, as well as with the innovative activity of Azerbaijan brand – “ASAN Service” centers, and they made exchange of useful ideas and experience.
