The Ministry of Justice pays constant attention to the instructions of the President of the country, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, to provide decent service to the people, to treat their appeals with care and sensitivity.
Along with mass events, direct receptions were postponed under special quarantine regime in connection with the global pandemic COVID-19.
In this regard, the ministry provides electronic consideration of citizens' appeals, at the same time, in accordance with the instructions of the President, the ministry has established the Rules of video reception of citizens and the opportunities of modern information and communication technologies are used in the organization of this work.
The reception of citizens in video format was expanded and the leadership of the Personnel Department of the Ministry and the Inspectorate for the Execution of Punishments held video receptions of citizens living in different regions.
Appeals of citizens from different regions on voluntary involvement in the judiciary, admission to the work, as well as the application of parole institute and other issues were heard in videoconference format through regional justice departments, some of the raised issues were resolved on the spot, the requirements of the legislation were explained in detail, and other appeals were taken under control to take the necessary measures.
