Candidates who successfully passed the interview stage of the competition for the position of private enforcement officer will be enrolled in mandatory initial training

The Competition Commission for Private Enforcement Officers announces that the interview stage, conducted individually with candidates who successfully passed the test examination of the competition for private enforcement officer activities, has been completed.

A decision has been made to enroll 8 of the 19 candidates who participated in this stage and achieved the required passing score in mandatory initial training at the Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice.

The mandatory initial training for the candidates will commence on 1 October. Candidates who successfully pass the assessment at the end of the training will be admitted to an internship.

Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Private Enforcement Officers”, persons who have worked for at least 3 (three) years in positions with special ranks within the body of the Ministry of Justice directly responsible for overseeing the activities of enforcement officers, or in the position of a state enforcement officer, are exempt from mandatory initial training and internship, except for training in office management and accounting.

Candidates are requested to arrive at the main building of the Justice Academy no later than 9:00 a.m. on 1 October for the mandatory initial training (address: 158 Vidadi Street, Baku; tel.: 012-493-71-31).
