In 2023, 279 employees were held disciplinarily liable for violations of labour discipline, executive discipline, and the rules of ethical conduct. 26 of them were dismissed from the service in justice bodies, and 10 were dismissed from their positions. Materials concerning 8 individuals who were dismissed from service in justice bodies due to acts that gave rise to indications of corruption-related offences were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for legal assessment.
As part of preventive measures aimed at ensuring strict compliance with the rules of ethical conduct, particular attention was also given to the education and training of employees. In 2023, 297 employees participated in relevant courses at the Academy of Justice.
