To enhance citizen satisfaction, ensure accessibility to justice bodies, and provide prompt and on-site consideration of applications submitted by citizens residing in the regions, the Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions.
During October, video receptions were held for residents of districts falling within the jurisdictions of the Khachmaz, Shaki, Shirvan, Ganja, Shamkir, Barda, Lankaran, Goychay, Imishli and Sumgayit Regional Justice Departments. The receptions were organized by the Ministry’s Department for Document Management and Citizens’ Appeals, together with the Regional Justice Departments, with the participation of the heads of the Main Department for Notariat, Registration and Registers, the Forensic Examination Center, the Human Resources Department, the Main Department for Work with Municipalities, the Enforcement Service and the Main Medical Department.
During the video receptions, 55 citizens were heard on matters within the Ministry’s areas of responsibility. Citizens were provided with detailed explanations of relevant legislative requirements, and the applications submitted during the receptions were taken under control to ensure that the necessary measures are implemented.
